Listing Ready

AI property descriptions, in your brand voice, hours sooner.

The authority is signed, the photographer has been, and the vendor wants to see the campaign. Claire reads what you have already entered, your CRM record, your notes, the photos and the floor plan, and writes the property description, the campaign copy and the social posts in your brand voice. Three to five hours saved on every listing, and the agent approves every word.

Contemporary family living around the pool

Body

Set in Seaforth, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is designed around its outdoors, with open-plan living and dining flowing to a covered alfresco, a level lawn and the pool.

Upstairs, a full-width terrace extends the bedrooms into the open air. A landscaped garden, parking for two cars and the village a short walk away complete the picture.

Choose a style and a format to see the draft change. Your agency defines the styles, the formats and every output.

Version 2Approved by the agent
You define it

No two agencies sell a home the same way. You decide what Claire writes for every campaign: the styles, the formats and each output.

From a new listing to a live campaign.

Nothing changes in how you list. Claire picks up from your CRM.

  1. List it as you always do

Enter the property in your CRM with the photos, a 2D floor plan if there is one, and your own notes, in shorthand if you like. Then push the listing to Claire.

  2. Claire builds the picture

From your CRM record and notes, the photos and floor plan, nearby places and Propic’s own property data. She picks out features the notes left out.

  3. The campaign copy arrives by email

Every piece your agency has asked for, in your brand voice: the web ad, social posts, signboard and flyer wording, even a press release, pitched as standard, luxury, to investors or to first home buyers.

  4. You edit, approve and republish

In a web app that keeps every version, for two weeks from the day you pushed the listing. Nothing reaches a buyer until you republish from your CRM.

  5. The listing starts talking

A QR code for your signboard and brochures takes a buyer straight to Claire for that property.

One job done. Two reasons to want it.

Questions we get asked.

What does Claire write the copy from?

What is already in your CRM: the listing’s details, your notes, even in shorthand, the photos and a 2D floor plan if you have one. She also draws on nearby places and Propic’s own property data, and picks out features the notes may have missed.

Can we choose what Claire writes?

Yes. Your agency defines it: the ad styles, such as standard, luxury, investor or first home buyer; the formats, such as the web, social, a signboard, a flyer or a press release; and every output.

Does anything go live without the agent?

No. The email links to a web app where the agent edits the copy, and every version is kept. It goes back into the CRM once it has been reviewed, and is only published when the agent republishes the listing.

How does Claire keep to our brand voice?

A brand or agency persona and templates keep the writing consistent whoever the agent is, and each office can have its own.

How long can the agent keep editing?

For two weeks from the date the listing is pushed to Claire.

Does it work for rentals too?

Yes, in the same way, set up separately for your leasing team.

How is this different from writing the description with ChatGPT?

Claire reads the photos, the floor plan and your CRM record, not just a prompt, and picks out features the notes left out. She writes in your agency’s persona and templates, keeps every version, and the copy goes back into your CRM. Nothing goes live until the agent approves it.
